Using AI to generate deceptive content, deepfakes, phishing lures, or harassment violates platform rules.
System Integrity
Attempts to bypass tenant boundaries, execute infinite agent loops, or attack upstream APIs trigger immediate suspension.
1. General Principles
AIXONICS provides high-velocity automation tools designed for legitimate businesses and marketing teams. You agree not to use the platform in any manner that violates applicable local, national, or international laws, or infringes upon the rights of any third party.
2. Prohibited Content & Generative Abuse
You may not use AIXONICS to generate, store, adapt, or distribute content that:
- Is unlawful, defamatory, libelous, harassing, threatening, or promotes violence or self-harm.
- Generates deceptive political disinformation, election interference, or non-consensual synthetic media.
- Violates the intellectual property, copyright, trademark, or trade secret rights of third parties.
- Generates malicious computer code, exploits, or automated vulnerability probes.
- Contains sensitive personal health records (PHI/HIPAA) or unmasked payment card data (PCI-DSS).
3. Social Media Network Compliance
When utilizing social media publishing adapters (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X), you must comply with each network's developer policies and terms of service:
- No duplicate blast spam: Do not post identical content across multiple accounts repeatedly.
- No automated engagement manipulation: Artificially inflating likes, retweets, or follower counts is prohibited.
- Honoring platform rate limits: Attempts to circumvent publishing throttles via concurrent scripts will result in integration revocation.
4. Email Workspace & Anti-Spam Compliance
If your organization utilizes our Email Workspace to synchronize or draft communications via Gmail, Microsoft 365, or custom SMTP/IMAP:
- You must comply with CAN-SPAM (US), CASL (Canada), GDPR (EU), and Indian Telecom regulations.
- You must not send marketing communications to scraped or purchased email lists.
- All marketing dispatches must include accurate sender identification and a functional unsubscribe mechanism.
5. Autonomous Agent & Automation Boundaries
AIXONICS provides autonomous agent planning and event-driven automation rules. When configuring agents:
- You must not attempt to disable or bypass human approval gates for external public publishing.
- You must not intentionally craft prompts designed to trigger infinite recursive tool calls.
- Our automated Loop Protection service terminates executions exceeding safety step limits.
6. Violation Reporting & Enforcement
To report suspected violations of this Acceptable Use Policy, email abuse@aixonics.com. Confirmed violations may result in immediate workspace suspension, token revocation, and termination of service without refund.
