Probabilistic Output
Large language models generate text based on statistical likelihoods. Outputs may contain inaccuracies or hallucinations.
Mandatory Human Review
All customer-facing transmissions (social broadcasts and outbound emails) require explicit human signoff.
Brand Brain Grounding
We mitigate hallucinations by grounding generative prompts in your uploaded corporate vector knowledge vault.
1. Nature of AI Content Generation
AIXONICS integrates leading foundational models—including OpenAI (GPT-4o), Anthropic (Claude 3.5 Sonnet), and Google Gemini (Gemini 1.5 Pro)—to assist operators with drafting social media posts, adapting copy across network limits, summarizing email threads, and proposing workflow steps.
While these models demonstrate sophisticated language comprehension, they are not conscious, do not possess independent knowledge of real-time events outside their training and context windows, and may produce factually incorrect or inappropriate assertions if unguided.
2. Built-in Technical Safeguards
To maximize factual accuracy and protect brand reputation, AIXONICS implements several algorithmic layers:
- Brand Brain RAG Grounding: Rather than relying solely on the model's internal weights, our engine retrieves matching document chunks from your organization's verified knowledge base and injects them directly into the system prompt.
- Negative Buzzword Filtering: Drafts are scanned against your organization's forbidden word lists to automatically remove clichés or compliance-sensitive phrasing.
- Automated Quality Scoring: Generated variants are scored for coherence, reading grade level, and formatting compliance before presentation to the operator.
- Agent Loop Protection: Autonomous agent planning runs within bounded state machines that prevent runaway execution cycles.
3. Operator Editorial Responsibility
No technical guardrail can entirely replace human judgment. Organizations utilizing AIXONICS agree that human operators bear final responsibility for all published copy, including compliance with advertising regulations, truth-in-marketing standards, and industry-specific disclosures (such as financial or healthcare disclaimers).
