Formal tenant termination requests are processed and expunged within 30 days of identity verification.
1. Self-Service Asset Deletion (In-App)
Operators can immediately delete individual data items directly within the command center at any time:
- Disconnecting Social & Email Channels: Navigate to
Settings > Connected Channelsand click 'Disconnect' on any linked account (LinkedIn, Meta, X, Gmail, Microsoft 365, SMTP). The backend invokes provider revocation endpoints and permanently removes the encrypted token from the credential vault. - Purging Brand Brain Knowledge Documents: In the Brand Brain tab, click 'Delete' on any uploaded guideline or document. This permanently removes the file, cascades through all document chunk records, and purges semantic vector embeddings from database tables.
- Removing Drafts & Scheduled Posts: In the Content Console, deleting a draft or cancelling a scheduled post permanently removes the payload and prevents any background job dispatch.
2. Organization Tenant Workspace & Account Deletion Process
To permanently delete an entire organization tenant workspace, all associated member profiles, and historical drafts, follow these steps:
- Authorization Requirement: The request must originate from the verified email address of the organization Owner.
- Submit Request: Send an email to privacy@aixonics.com with the subject line:
[Tenant Deletion Request] - <Your Organization Name>. - Cryptographic Verification: Our privacy team will verify ownership through a confirmation token sent to the registered Owner email.
- Execution: Once verified, the tenant workspace is locked, scheduled queues are purged, and database records are queued for irreversible cascading erasure.
3. Lawful Retention Exceptions
In accordance with the Indian Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, EU GDPR Article 17(3), and global financial regulations, AIXONICS retains specific minimal telemetry records even after account deletion:
- Financial & Billing Ledgers: Invoices, microcent token accounting logs, and payment receipts must be retained for up to 7 years to satisfy taxation and statutory audit requirements.
- Security & Anti-Abuse Logs: IP addresses and request logs associated with malicious attack attempts or policy violations are retained for 90 days to protect network integrity.
4. Facebook & Social Network Data Deletion Callbacks
In compliance with Meta Platform Terms, when you remove the AIXONICS application from your Facebook or Instagram business settings, Meta sends a signed deletion callback to our webhook endpoint. AIXONICS automatically processes this callback, de-authorizes the channel, and provides a confirmation code URL.
